The Process

Training

From induction, Blue Horizons’ consultants will be there to conduct the training sessions designed to reinforce skills needed for effective performance in the role that you have hired them for.  Training is offered at three levels: Basic, Enhanced, and Intensive Training Package, depending upon the needs of your organisation or the role of the candidate within your company.

Throughout the candidate’s probation period, at all service levels, Blue Horizons will follow up with you, the client, for feedback on the new hire’s performance.  Further training can be arranged, at preferential rates or through the use of training credits, to further defray the costs of training. Training credits are valid for up to 6 months and can be used for small group training sessions for any of your employees.

Executive Leasing

Through our Contract and Payroll arm, we offer Staff Leasing, Administration and Payroll Outsourcing for employees in Hong Kong and Asia, to provide our clients with a simple, cost-efficient system to handle the sometimes burdensome costs, financially and time-wise, associated with the more frequent turnover of sales staff.  Executive leasing conditions for China will be finalized with each client to suit your needs. 

Our willingness to take on this role reinforces our confidence in our ability to identify and train professional staff who will be active and effective from early in their career with your organisation, and gives you the reassurance that your HR staff will be free of unnecessary administrative work.

Under the executive leasing programme, leased employees will be employed, paid and administered by Blue Horizons Limited, but will work at your office, according to your company policies and procedures.  As the administrative employer, Blue Horizons Limited takes full responsibility for the employees leased with regard to all government and regulatory structures.

Services include:

  • Payment of all remuneration, commissions, bonuses, allowance amounts due to the employee
  • Maintenance of personnel files, certificates and visas, and payroll records for each employee
  • Signing of agreements and registration to meet the requirements of the Labour Ordinance
  • Accident, travel, medical, MPF and any other insurance either required or optional
  • Compliance with tax obligations and statutory fund contributions
  • Issuing of information, references and certificates
  • Subscription to the Labour & Health regulations as required by legislation

China Assignments

The services detailed above are also available for China, with all hiring practices and conditions, including probationary periods, in accordance with the China Labour Contract Law.  Blue Horizons Limited’s liability period will be equal to the probationary period.
